FOOD SECURITY PROJECT/SERVICES: PROMOTION & MARKETING - CONDUCT OF ARGI-TRADE FAIRS AND HOST FESTIVALS

Our Office assist farmers and farmhousewives in promotion and marketing of various farm products, handicrafts, food processed and others. Women are provided the oppurtunity to learn different livelihood projects' technology and skills in order to help augment family income.

Urban Agriculture Technology is available at CAS Office to those interested Toledanos.

Our Office is OPEN 8AM-5PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY (Except on legal holidays).

FOOD SECURITY PROJECT/SERVICES: KASAKALIKASAN INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT(IPM) SEASON-LONG FARMER FIELD SCHOOL IN RICE, CORN, BANANA & VEGETABLES

The KASAKALIKASAN Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Season Long- Farmers Field School(FFS) IN BANANA(16 months), RICE(4 months), CORN(4months), and VEGETABLE. This is farmer's practical hands-on training.

Appropriate technology are applied and adopted from land preparation, seedbed preparation, planting, water/fertilizer/intergrated pest management & harvesting.

Facilitators/Scientists were experts from DA 7, Regional Crop Protection Center assisted by CAS Agricultural TEchologist/Technician as per specialized commodity.

Qualified farmer participants are determined by assisting technologists/technician.

Integrated Rice Production TECHNO-DEMO-demosrates fertilizer management thru palay check, minus-one element, etc; water management; integrated pest management(IPM) by use of TRICHOGRAMMA, and hybrid rice varieties.

Interested farmers to adopt the technology may come to CAS Office during office hours for more informations and details of the Project.
